Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate clients.
- Drive referral patient volumes for key specialties such as Cardio, Ortho, Neuro, Gastro, Oncology, etc.
- Conduct regular field visits to referral partners and identify new business opportunities.
- Track referral inflow, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (SLM, Consultants, Operations) to ensure smooth handling of referred patients.
- Address referral partner concerns and ensure timely feedback on patient outcomes.
- Organize CMEs, doctor meets, and engagement activities to strengthen partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets aligned with hospital growth plans.
