Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate clients.
  • Drive referral patient volumes for key specialties such as Cardio, Ortho, Neuro, Gastro, Oncology, etc.
  • Conduct regular field visits to referral partners and identify new business opportunities.
  • Track referral inflow, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SLM, Consultants, Operations) to ensure smooth handling of referred patients.
  • Address referral partner concerns and ensure timely feedback on patient outcomes.
  • Organize CMEs, doctor meets, and engagement activities to strengthen partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets aligned with hospital growth plans.
