Role & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job openings

Handle inbound calls from candidates and clients

Explain job openings and screen candidate profiles

Schedule interviews and manage follow-ups

Explain job roles, requirements, salary, and work locations clearly

Coordinate with clients and internal recruitment team

Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate details

Meet daily calling and follow-up targets

Requirements

Excellent communication skills

Minimum qualification: Graduation

Basic computer knowledge with MS Office

Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
