We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate – Accounts Receivable with 2+ years of AR accounting

experience. The candidate will handle daily receipt bookings, reconciliations, and maintain accurate

financial records, with strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Receipt Bookings: Accurately record and process all receipts, ensuring timely and correct

updates in thesystem.

• Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of accounts to ensure all discrepancies

are identified and resolved promptly.

• Data Entry & Maintenance (Excel): Maintain and update accurate AR records, ensuring consistency

and compliance with company policies.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other finance team members to ensure alignment on AR processes and

collections.

• Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to streamline AR

processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable accounting.

• Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas.

• Ability to handle high volumes of data with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.

• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Job Location & Shift days:

• Temporary location Worli till February 2025 and Andheri- Marol March 2025 onwards- HYBRID

• 5 days working (Mon to Fri) on Standard Shift Timing.
