Job Description


Role and Responsibilities:

1. To manage transaction quality profile for a sales/customer service process
2. To conduct audits as per defined guideline and sampling for transaction
monitoring.
3. To identify gaps and conduct 1-0-1 feedback with agents.
4. To create and publish regular audit reports with internal team.
5. To share TNI for refresher sessions with the training team to help improve the
quality of calls/email/chat.
6. To identify process/product gap & share the details with
manager/management.
7.To take regular initiatives to improve team’s performance, increase customer
satisfaction and improve sales closings.

Applicants Specifications & Qualification:

- Graduation in any stream is a must.
- Should have minimum 1 year tenure with upGrad
- Should have experience worked in customer service/sales process.
- Having hands on experience on 7QC tools.
