We help clients develop and implement a customer service and engagement strategy that is aligned with their customer experience strategy, enhancing customer engagement while lowering costs, and optimising operations to ensure they are getting the most value possible.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Project
Coordinator. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication
skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
 Report Creation and Dashboarding
Generate and maintain project reports and dashboards to track progress,
milestones, and key performance indicators.
 Documentation Management:
Organize and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules,
meeting minutes, and action items.
 SOW Creation and Rate Card Management:
Assist in the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) outlining project scope,
deliverables, and timelines.
Manage rate cards for project resources, updating them as needed to reflect
changes in resource costs and agreements.
 Recruitment and Operations:
Utilize various sourcing platforms and channels to identify and attract top talent
for project roles.
Coordinate interview schedules for candidates, ensuring alignment with project
timelines and team availability.
 Client Management and Sync-Up for Interviews:
Liaise with clients to understand requirements, timelines, and resource needs.
Schedule and coordinate client sync-up meetings and interviews, ensuring
smooth communication and alignment between all parties involved.
 Resource Management:
Maintain records of project resources, including staff allocations and skill sets.
Coordinate with HR and department managers to address resource needs and
conflicts.
Qualifications:
 Previous experience in project coordination, recruitment coordination, or a similar
role is preferred.
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric
approach.
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-
functional teams.
