Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist (T) with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Networx - Facets Pricer Facets - Claims and Facets - Benefit Configuration. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Facets Pricer to ensure accurate pricing of healthcare services.
  • Oversee the management of Facets Claims to streamline the claims processing workflow.
  • Provide expertise in Facets Benefit Configuration to optimize benefit setup and administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Train and support end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new system features and updates.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment of system configurations with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines for system upgrades and implementations.
  • Support the continuous improvement of system processes and workflows.

  • Should have experience in the Payer domain which is a valuable asset.

  • Should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a strong understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
  • Must be proficient in documentation and process management.
  • Should have experience in training and supporting end-users.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
