Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java and Windchill with a preference for those with experience in Multi Channel domains. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of product features using Java and Windchill.
  • Oversee the integration of Multi Channel functionalities to enhance product capabilities.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for product features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the product.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of product roadmaps.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices for software development and product management.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure product reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

  • Possess strong technical skills in Java and Windchill.
  • Have experience in Multi Channel domains is a plus.
