Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Workday solutions that align with our business needs. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Workday solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design and implement Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday applications.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all Workday configurations.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by adhering to project timelines and milestones.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for better efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Workday implementations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities to leverage them effectively.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Workday Finance Workday HCM and Workday Integrations.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementations.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in designing and implementing Workday integrations.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have experience in Finance & Accounting domain (nice to have).
  • Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Have experience in conducting system audits and ensuring data integrity.
  • Be capable of creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Show commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends.
