Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Project Manager Digital Campaigns to lead end-to-end delivery of campaign assets in an international, fast-paced environment. You will manage global stakeholders, oversee production of digital and offline marketing materials, and drive efficient ways of working using agile methodologies and modern project management tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in an international environment with global clients and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee all phases of project delivery, from briefing to final execution.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments involved in the production process.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as process maps, RACI, communication guidelines, briefing templates, and tools setup.
- Delegate tasks, brief relevant teams, and ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.
- Run projects using project management tools such as JIRA, MS Teams, and Smartsheet .
- Track project progress using customized dashboards and reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and introduce best-in-class project practices.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure strong communication and timely issue resolution.
- Proactively manage risks and handle troubleshooting to keep projects on track.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in campaign content production or a similar project management role.
- Hands-on experience managing production of campaign assets across digital and offline channels .
- Strong understanding of technical requirements and production limitations.
- Experience in scheduling, requirements analysis, and using project management tools.
- Working knowledge of agile project management methodologies .
- Experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Teams, and SharePoint .
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- High level of autonomy and confidence in decision-making.
- Experience managing production at scale is a plus.
- Very good English communication skills (mandatory).
- Strong interest in digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office , especially Excel.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
