Associate Project Manager

In This Role You’ll: 
 

• Support the DevRel team for extending the program to APAC Engineering Community. 
• Should have a development background with a minimum of 2 years with Coding based tasks.
• Good understanding of emerging tech including (but not limited to) Cloud fundamentals, DevOps, GenAI etc.
• Managed Hackathons or Technical events at global level in the present organisation.
• Need to work with global stakeholders. 
• Provide formal integration status, KPIs, and feedback reporting to Management. 

• Ensure high-level adoption by various business units/divisions by providing appropriate assistance in routine DevRel activities. 

• Assist in creation of Tech Stories/blogs corresponding to predefined high-standards of Amadeus for developer's platform. 

• Provide regular status updates to global core team and foster synergies within the DevRel Team. 

• Interact with global extended team members and work closely with the contributors. 

• Provide problem resolution/risk mitigation for DevRel initiatives. 

• Be a representative of Amadeus DevRel at various Tech Conferences. 

• Identify potential upsell activities for new initiatives. 

• Identify and recommend internal tools/techniques for further process improvement and optimisation. 

• Recommend process, product, and/or service improvements based on understanding and anticipation of internal and external change of Tech scenario. 

• Autonomously solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on our initiatives 

About the Ideal Candidate: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of overall experience in IT company(preferably product based).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Keen interest in learning new and emerging technologies (Similar to Gen AI etc.) as per the notion of our Engineering community.
• Should be well versed with English (Mandatory - business level) & another official(Like French)/regional language is a plus. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Technical skill with java, python is a plus.
• Knowledge of development modules like configuration, customization, automations and exposure to established tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub etc.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desired. 
• Should be Adaptable and flexible. 
• Must have PMP certification
• Have any Developer / DevOps certification. (good-to-have)
