Shipturtle is a fast-growing SaaS platform transforming eCommerce through collaborative, tech-driven solutions. We help global brands build and scale modern marketplaces with seamless integrations across Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager who can effectively manage projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure timely execution, and maintain high-quality project outcomes.

• Plan, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and task management
• Identify potential project risks and proactively provide solutions
• Facilitate smooth communication between teams and clients

• 23 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
• Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
