Job Description
We’re looking for an Associate Program Manager professional to support project planning, tracking, and reporting across our tech and product initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys bringing structure, visibility, and clarity to complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Tracking & Coordination
● Support planning, scheduling, and progress tracking for projects across engineering, product, and business teams.
● Maintain up-to-date trackers, ensure milestones are on schedule, and follow up for timely task closures.
● Help drive sprint reviews, retrospectives, and delivery governance meetings.
Reporting & Documentation
● Prepare and circulate weekly project reports, dashboards, and leadership review decks.
● Capture meeting notes, decisions, and action items to ensure accountability.
● Maintain central PMO documentation — templates, trackers, and process artifacts.
Process Governance
● Ensure teams follow defined PMO processes and reporting standards.
● Track and highlight project health metrics like schedule adherence, risk status, and issue logs.
● Assist in implementing new tools or process improvements within the PMO function.
Stakeholder Management
● Liaise with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, QA, and Business owners to gather updates and align priorities.
● Facilitate inter-team communication and remove blockers by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Data & Tool Management
● Manage and update project data in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or Excel trackers.
● Generate reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership reviews.
Risk & Issue Tracking
● Maintain a risk register, track issue resolution, and proactively flag critical delays or dependencies.
What Success Looks Like
● Projects tracked and reported accurately, with clear visibility for leadership.
● Improved process adherence and on-time delivery.
● Efficient cross-team communication and reduced execution delays.
Skills & Qualifications
● 3–5 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or operations role (preferably in a tech/ecommerce setup).
● Strong command over Excel, JIRA, and project tracking tools.
● Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
● Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
