Job Description
The Associate College Operations, Student Success represents IIDE on-ground at partner colleges and is responsible for end-to-end academic coordination, student experience, admissions support (during peak cycle), and placement assistance.
This is a high-ownership, execution-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, structured follow-ups, stakeholder management, and working closely with students and academic teams.
Key Responsibilities
- College Operations & Academic Delivery
- Represent IIDE at designated partner colleges and manage day-to-day coordination with faculty, trainers, academic teams, and college authorities.
- Ensure timely setup and uninterrupted functioning of classrooms, LMS, Zoom sessions, Wi-Fi, and academic tools as per academic standards.
- Monitor and report on:
- Attendance performance
- Assignment and project submissions
- Internal and external examination completion
- Fee collection status
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of academic, engagement, and fee-related data.
- Identify operational or academic issues and escalate with proper documentation until resolution.
2. Student Success & Experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for student and college queries, ensuring a 24-hour TAT for resolution.
- Identify at-risk students and proactively intervene to reduce drop-offs and improve retention.
- Drive strong student engagement and satisfaction across the program lifecycle.
- Ensure 100% response rates across Subject Evaluations, CSAT, and NPS feedback forms.
- Maintain consistent communication to enhance overall student experience and satisfaction scores.
3. College Partnerships & Admissions Support
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day relationships with partner colleges and institutional stakeholders.
- Support onboarding of new partner colleges, including academic and operational alignment.
- Execute on-ground seminars, workshops, demos, and short-term programs at partner institutions.
- During the peak admissions cycle (MarchJuly):
- Counsel inbound and walk-in prospects
- Support lead qualification and follow-ups
- Manage confirmed enrollments and documentation
- Maintain accurate admissions data and CRM records
Note: Admissions responsibilities apply only during the peak admissions cycle and do not constitute a year-round sales role.
4. Career & Placement Support
- Execute structured placement planning for assigned batches across the academic lifecycle.
- Coordinate placement-oriented sessions and career readiness workshops.
- Support students with:
- Resume building
- Interview preparation
- Recruiter coordination
- Interview scheduling and communication
Candidate Profile
- 13 years of experience in academic operations, student success, coordination, or similar roles
- Comfortable in execution-driven, on-ground roles
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and basic reporting tools
- Based in Mumbai
