Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale delivery engagements across multiple clients and geographies.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of services and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as the primary escalation point.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support new business opportunities.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, Governance.
• Monitor project health using KPIs such as utilization, margin, CSAT, and SLA adherence.
• Manage resource planning, hiring, and team development.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal policies.
• Provide strategic inputs to leadership on delivery trends and client needs.
• Develop tailored strategies for each account to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction. This includes identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
