Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Noida for a Personal Assistant to the Director at IEC College of Engineering & Technology. The Personal Assistant will assist the Director with day-to-day activities, including managing schedules and calendars, coordinating meetings, handling administrative and clerical tasks, and organizing documentation and correspondence. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, effective communication, and ensuring the efficient management of tasks to support the Director's responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Computer Science, IT, AI-ML, or Data Science
• Teaching, research, and curriculum development skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• M.Tech or Ph.D. or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, AI-ML, or Data Science
• Relevant industry experience is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
