Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership & Teaching

  • Deliver graduate and undergraduate courses in Computer Science with excellence, innovation, and real-world relevance.
  • Develop new curricula aligned with emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, cybersecurity, distributed systems).
  • Mentor students and supervise Masters & Ph.D. theses.
  • Promote interdisciplinary collaboration across Woxsen programs.

Research & Scholarly Impact

  • Maintain a high-quality research trajectory with publications in top-tier journals and conferences (Scopus/SSCI/SCI indexed).
  • Secure external research funding, industry collaborations, and international partnerships.
  • Lead research labs, centers, or initiatives that elevate the Schools global reputation.

Strategic Leadership in Student Affairs

  • As Vice Dean, drive student engagement, welfare, leadership development, and co-curricular excellence.
  • Shape strategies that enhance student success metrics, retention, satisfaction, and placement outcomes.
  • Coordinate with residential life, counseling, student clubs, and mentorship programs.
  • Promote a culture of belonging, integrity, inclusion, and ethical conduct.

Service & Institutional Contribution

  • Serve on University committees and governance forums.
  • Support accreditation, rankings, and quality frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience
