Associate - Products & Sales

We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Associate Products & Sales to join our

dynamic Atreyi Wealth team. This role bridges product development and sales functions, supporting the curation, analysis, and promotion of all wealth management products, including mutual funds, alternative investments, and portfolio management services.

The ideal candidate will assist senior team members in researching market trends, evaluating product performance, and driving sales initiatives to expand our client base and enhance asset under management (AuM).

This position is ideal for someone with a passion for finance, strong analytical skills, and a sales-

oriented mindset. The role offers exposure to high-stakes client interactions and opportunities

for growth in a boutique setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on investment products. Analyse performance metrics, risk profiles, and market trends to recommend suitable products for client portfolios.
• Collaborate with the products team to prepare product documentation, fact-sheets, and pitch materials tailored to clients and prospects needs.
• Assist in sales processes by preparing client presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral. Support senior professionals in client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management to drive product adoption and increase AuM
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through monthly calls and regular updates on product performance and market outlooks. Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to client retention strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is the minimum. A Master's degree in the similar fields or an MBA would be preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in wealth management, investment banking, asset management, or a related financial services role. Experience in sales support is preferred
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles
