Role Description

We are looking for aProduct Manager with hands-on exposure to Capital Markets or Brokerage environmentsto build and scale products in a highly regulated, performancecritical ecosystem.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams to design, deliver, and evolve platforms that arescalable, compliant, and operationally efficientfor capital market participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• DomainDriven Product Development:Apply strong understanding of capital markets and brokerage operations to define product capabilities, user journeys, and feature designs grounded in realworld workflows.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration:Act as the bridge between business stakeholders (risk, trading, compliance), technical teams (engineering, QA, architecture), and external clients or vendors.
• EndtoEnd Product Ownership:Own the full product lifecycle discovery, requirement documentation, prioritization, delivery, release, and continuous feedback.
• Regulatory Alignment:Work closely with compliance stakeholders and stay aligned with SEBI and other applicable capital market regulations to ensure products are auditready.
• Technical Understanding:Partner deeply with engineering teams to understand system architecture, APIs, data flows, and dependencies across trading and posttrade systems.
• Customer Engagement:Engage regularly with client trading and risk teams tovalidateproblem statements, assess solutions, and ensure products align with operational goals.
• DataDriven Improvement:Use metrics, analytics, and customer feedback to evaluate feature performance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Problem-solvingmindset:Ability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly and simply.
• Domain Experience:13years of exposure to capital markets or brokerage environments (professional ordemonstratedpersonal interest).
• Tech Fluency:Comfort engaging in technical discussions around architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and platform design.
• You should be an avid AI user and have deep interest in incorporating AI into your daily workflows.
• Strong Communicator:Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage stakeholders and articulate tradeoffs.
• Ability todemonstrateAIdriven workflowscurrently used or envisioned for product discovery, requirement analysis, documentation, experimentation, or delivery.
