Role Overview

We are looking for an execution-focused and systems-savvy Assistant Product Manager to lead the transformation of in-store retail infrastructure across Tata CLiQ's brand and store partners. You will own the roadmap for modern point-of-sale (POS) systems, store mobility apps, order orchestration, inventory sync, and assisted commerce tools—ensuring store staff and customers experience the same magic across touchpoints.

This is a platform + experience role—requiring depth in retail tech systems and a vision for consumer-grade store interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

1. StoreTech Platform Ownership

Define the roadmap for next-gen POS, billing, and clienteling solutions for Tata CLiQ partner stores.

Build and integrate with modular systems like assisted checkout, endless aisle, split payments, return in-store, and localized fulfillment.

Ensure offline capabilities (sync-on-connect), performance at scale, and mobile-first design for store devices.

2. Omni-channel & Unified Commerce

Lead integration between e-commerce and store systems—real-time inventory sync, click & collect, ship-from-store, return to store, and offline loyalty redemption.

Define APIs and orchestration workflows between POS, OMS, WMS, CRM, and ERP.
