Associate Product Manager

OnArrival is building the infrastructure layer for travel - flights, hotels, insurance, pricing, and orchestration ;exposed via APIs and embedded micro-apps for some of the largest fintechs in the world

What youll work on

Search & orchestration

Multi-supplier querying (GDS, NDC, aggregators)

Fallback logic, latency vs coverage tradeoffs

Pricing & margins

Markups, discounts, rewards

Cohort-based and partner-specific pricing

Funnels & events

Define and track events across the entire journey

Debug real issues like payment success but booking failure

Embedded micro-app

Work on a <2MB app that sits inside partner apps

Ensure seamless native + web experience

Reliability

Handle retries, failures, refunds

Make systems work in production under real load

What were looking for

1-3 years experience (startup / engineering / consulting preferred)

Strong problem-solving and structured thinking

Ability to break down messy, ambiguous problems

Basic understanding of how backend systems / APIs work

Clear communication and documentation skills

Bonus

You can read logs or debug flows with engineers

Exposure to marketplaces, fintech, or travel

Familiar with tools like PostHog, Mixpanel, SQL

You only care about UI/UX

You want perfectly defined problems

You think product = Jira + standups

How youll be evaluated

Do your features actually work in production?

Can you reduce failures, latency, and drop-offs?

Do engineers trust your specs?

Can you debug issues end-to-end?

Search latency > 3s fix without reducing coverage

Booking failures for a supplier isolate + fallback
