Associate Product Manager

Role Overview

Were looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) who thrives in B2C growth environments and wants to accelerate their career by working directly with the Lead Product

Manager and the Founder .

Theres no set thing you will do. You will work in the Product Team, doing the heavy lifting and execution of the features and products that are being built. You will be gradually given ownership and responsibilities to transform into a fully functional Product Manager , much faster than in an established company.

What Youll Do

• Understand product requirements and write crisp user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain Product and (if required) Design documentation
• Help Lead PM define and set processes
• Coordinate with the tech team for grooming and clarifications .
• Conduct basic QA testing to validate features.
• Own small to medium modules while making micro-decisions without escalation.
• Reduce scope intelligently to hit timelines.
• Work closely with BAs and interns so as to maintain clarity.
• Fully own 1-2 product areas by the end of the year.

What Were Looking For

• A minimum of 13 years of experience in product, growth, analytics, or consulting is mandatory (startup experience preferred).
• Crisp Product thinking and ability to identify and define Problems well.
• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly
• A systems thinker
• Unlimited hunger to learn and grow. Exponential growth needs extraordinary commitment
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar product analytics tools .
• Strong skills in SQL/Excel/BI tools comfortable digging deep into data.
• Bias for execution and action, must be willing to get your hands dirty
• Hunger to learn, own, and lead and the ability to step up and grow into a PM role within a year.
• Ability to communicate ideas with stakeholders and other teams.
