Associate Product Manager

About the Role

You will help run and improve tools that power seller operations, logistics and order fulfilment at scale. This role is for someone who wants to solve real supply chain problems using data. You will track daily metrics, spot patterns, and turn insights into clear product tasks. You will work with engineers, ops teams, and business teams to make sure we deliver faster, reduce errors, and cut costs.

What You’ll Do

• Own and improve modules in the seller portal, OMS, logistics integration, or serviceability.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and workflows.
• Analyse supply chain data (order TAT, RTO, out-of-stock trends) to define product priorities.
• Work with ops and logistics teams to understand real pain points.
• Test new features before release, make sure they match what was planned, and help fix bugs.
• Track how features perform after launch. Measure adoption and impact.
• Respond quickly when something breaks — help find the cause and work with tech to fix it.
• Keep clear notes and status updates for all teams.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a Tier 1 institute (IIT, IIM, NIT, BITS, ISB, or similar).
• 2-4 years of experience as a product analyst, product associate, or in supply chain operations.
• Understanding of how online sellers, warehouses, and shipping partners work together to deliver an order.
• Comfortable looking at data; able to work with SQL or basic dashboards to draw insights.
• Clear communicator — can write simple, exact product documents that leave no room for confusion.
• Quick to learn. You can pick up new tools and processes fast.
• Team player — can work with engineers, ops managers, and senior stakeholders at the same time.

Good to Have

• Exposure to APIs or system integrations.
• Some familiarity with agile frameworks (JIRA, Scrum, etc.).
• Experience handling product testing and UAT with internal ops teams.
• Familiar with logistics partner systems and warehouse management systems.
