Role Objective:
Act as the bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are built, delivered, and adopted successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Visitcustomer sites regularlyto understand operational workflows and identify product requirements.
- Gather customer needs andtranslate them into clear technical and product requirements(PRDs, feature specs, etc.).
- Work closely with the engineering and AI teams tounderstand technical solutions and capabilities.
- Present and proposesuitable solutions to customersbased on their operational needs.
- Managecustomer pipelines end-to-end, acting as the internal CEO for assigned accounts.
- Follow up with customers todrive successful deployment and adoption of solutions.
- Define and maintainproduct documentation, including PRDs, proposals, solution documents, and product specifications.
- Contribute toproduct roadmap planning, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business value.
- Continuously gatherdaily operational feedback from customersand feed it into the product improvement cycle.
- Support business development activities includingproposal drafting, pitch decks, and customer presentations.
- Coordinate operational tasks such asprocurement, documentation, and solution deployment planning.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in product management, roadmapping, and defining product lifecycle requirements.
- Experience with market research, data analysis, and identifying customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development, implementation, and improvement.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain processes, or AI/technology solutions is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning in the technology and logistics domain.
