Associate Producer

Were on the lookout for an Associate Producer to join our team on a contract basis at Evolved! Youll be a driving force behind high-quality creative content and campaigns spanning India, APAC, and SEA. Working closely with our India Client Lead in India and our global production and creative crews, youll keep the gears turning, coordinating projects, mastering production workflows, and ensuring every day-to-day delivery runs smoothly.

In this role, you'll be a key support across multiple projects helping to translate plans into action. Were looking for someone highly organised, detail-obsessed, and naturally collaborative with a genuine passion for creative production, whether its digital content, major campaigns, or live events. Youre the one who keeps projects on track, teams in sync, and deliverables moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day to day communication with internal creative team ensuring all members have clear priorities and the information they need to deliver work efficiently
• Use project management tool (Scoro) to help set up project plans, track tasks, monitor timelines and flag risks or delays early
• Assist with resource coordination by working with the Resource Manager to track team availability, flag potential bottlenecks and update project schedules as workloads shift
• Track project progress, milestones and deliverable to ensure work stays on schedule and within agreed scope
• Assist with interpreting project briefs, gathering required assets and information, and documenting project objectives, deliverables and timelines
• Ensure project files, assets and documentation are organised, version controlled and stored correctly
• Conduct internal reviews in collaboration with the Art Director to ensure work is aligned with the brief, agreed scope and quality standards before sharing with clients
• Review and assess external client feedback to confirm it aligns with agreed scope, is feasible and is clearly prioritised when briefing to the creative team
• Support financial administration across projects by tracking spend against approved budgets, monitoring burn rates, and flagging variances or risks to the Client Lead and Production Lead
• Assist with project invoicing and expense processing, including reconciling freelancer and vendor costs, ensuring invoices are accurately coded, documented, and submitted for approval

Requirements and Skills

• 2-5 years experience in a similar role in a creative agency, production house, or internal marketing team.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Scoro, Asana, Monday.com or ClickUp)
• Understanding of creative production workflows across design, digital and video content
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, particularly when working across teams and time zones
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or creative workflows (preferred but not essential)

The Work Model

We are currently a remote-first team in India - this role is fully remote initially, allowing you to work from wherever youre most productive. While we don't have a fixed hub yet, we place a high value on staying connected virtually and may look to gather for face-to-face collaboration sessions as the team grows.
