Job Title: Associate Principal – Camunda BPM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Principal with 11–15 years of expertise in Camunda BPM to lead process orchestration and integration initiatives across enterprise-grade projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving automation excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Camunda BPM solutions for complex enterprise projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and operations to ensure seamless process orchestration.
• Drive migration efforts from Camunda 7 to Camunda 8 with minimal disruption and optimized performance.
• Oversee implementation of integration patterns involving REST APIs, message queues, and event-driven architectures.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated with Camunda releases and industry best practices to enhance automation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and protocols.
• Manage project deliverables using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills

Mandatory:

• Git, Java, MySQL, Camunda, Maven

Technical Expertise:

• Camunda BPMN modeling, execution, and orchestration
• Deep understanding of Camunda 7 & 8 architectures and migration strategies
• BPMN and DMN modeling, BPMN patterns and best practices
• Java (Lambda, Stream API, Collections API)
• Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Web
• REST API development with Swagger documentation
• Integration with REST APIs, JMS, file systems, email
• Microservices design and implementation using Spring Boot
• Security protocols in enterprise environments
• Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts
• Cloud platforms, networking, infrastructure security
• Database design, stored procedures, SQL query optimization

Leadership & Methodologies:

• Experience managing teams of 10+ members
• Agile practices, Jira, Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Camunda Certified Developer or Architect
• Experience in enterprise-scale automation projects
• Exposure to hybrid cloud environments
