Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Power Platform solutions with a focus on Offline capabilities and Desktop Flows.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex Power Apps and Power Automate issues across a multi-app ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business users, technical consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose robust, scalable architecture.
• Design and implement Power Automate Desktop Flows (RPA) and Cloud Flows integrating with various systems and databases.
• Build and enhance Canvas and Model-driven Apps with offline functionality and optimized performance.
• Ensure security, performance, and usability standards are met across the solutions.
• Mentor and guide development teams on Power Platform best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8+ years of overall experience in Microsoft ecosystem with 4+ years in Power Platform.
• Proven expertise in Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop Flows).
• Strong hands-on experience with Offline-capable Power Apps (Canvas Apps in particular).
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform architecture, connectors, Dataverse, and licensing models.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL, REST APIs, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to document architecture, troubleshoot flows, and recommend design improvements.
