Associate Principal - Program & Project Management

Role description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning execution and delivery of BI programs involving data warehousing reporting and analytics

Collaborate with data engineers analysts and business stakeholders to define program scope objectives and success metrics

Manage crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery of BI solutions aligned with business needs

Oversee the development and maintenance of program roadmaps schedules and budgets

Identify and mitigate risks resolve issues and ensure quality standards are met

Drive adoption of BI tools and platforms eg Power BI Tableau Looker Qlik

Ensure data governance security and compliance across BI initiatives

Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on program status and outcomes

Promote best practices in AgileScrum methodologies for BI project execution

Champion continuous improvement and innovation in BI processes and technologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field

5 years of experience in technical program management preferably in BI or data analytics

Strong understanding of data architecture ETL processes and BI tools

Experience with cloud data platforms eg AWS Redshift Azure Synapse Google BigQuery

Proficiency in project management tools eg JIRA Confluence MS Project

Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with data privacy regulations eg GDPR HIPAA and security best practices
