About the Role

We Do This Through:

• Ensuring that projects are adopting and implementing ITIL practices.
• Ensuring that projects supported are adhering to ISO 20000 standards and CMMI for Services model.
• Identifying Opportunities to adopt the best process, practice, and tools in our projects.
• Ensuring strong project financials by adopting Lean, Automation, AI levers.
• Derisk Projects by planning and implementing strategies for noiseless delivery.
• Seek and analyze feedback from clients to ensure meeting expectations.
• Analyze data for inferences, patterns and help derive data-based decisions.
• Coaching teams to identify opportunities for improvement by guiding them for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Project level quality planning.
• Conceptual and Practical knowledge of Quality models like ITIL, ISO9K, ISO 20k, Six Sigma, CMMI, Metrics, Software engineering and basics of project management.
• Focus on Productivity improvement levers like Tools, Automation and Reuse etc.
• IT / Industry Project Management, Quality Models, Software Engineering (and other Engineering fundamentals for non-IT units of Infosys).
• Quantitative and Statistical Analysis techniques.

Qualifications

Education - Min Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Engineering

Exp 10+ yrs

Required Skills

Project level quality planning, Conceptual and Practical knowledge of Quality models like ITIL, ISO9K, ISO 20k, Six Sigma, CMMI, Metrics, Software engineering and basics of project management.

Preferred Skills

Focus on Productivity improvement levers like Tools, Automation and Reuse etc. IT / Industry Project Management, Quality Models, Software Engineering (and other Engineering fundamentals for non-IT units of Infosys), Quantitative and Statistical Analysis techniques.
