Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Call inbound and outbound leads to understand their business details.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria like business type, turnover, GST, etc.
  • Use a lead scoring sheet provided by the sales team.
  • Update lead status and notes in CRM or Google Sheets.
  • Tag leads as hot, disqualified, or nurture based on outcomes.
  • Schedule product demos or RM calls for qualified leads.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales/BD team for smooth handovers.
  • Follow up with unresponsive leads via email or WhatsApp.
  • Give a high-level pitch of products like current accounts, credit lines, payouts, etc.
  • Answer basic queries using a pre-approved FAQ guide.
  • Share daily/weekly reports on - Calls made, Leads qualified, Leads handed over, Drop-off reasons.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 01 year of experience in sales, inside sales, BPO, or customer support
  • Internship experience in BFSI/startups is a bonus
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Ability to follow standard processes and keep things organized
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
