Job Description

OwlSure, a business unit of ValueMomentum, is hiring Associate - PMO.


Primary Skills: PMO, Stakeholder Management, Project governance, Resource Management, Understanding of project management tools (ATS).

Experience: 3 Years.

Location: Hyderabad.

Mode of Work: Hybrid.


About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on PMO professional to lead the development and continuous improvement of project management frameworks and governance structures. This role will oversee enterprise-wide portfolio and program management, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient resource utilization. You'll partner closely with senior leadership, delivering insights and driving decision-making across complex initiatives. Proficiency in project management tools and a passion for digital transformation are key to success in this role.


PMO Strategy & Governance

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve PMO frameworks, methodologies, and best practices tailored to organizational needs.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures for project oversight, risk management, and compliance.
  • Develop and standardize project documentation using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).


Portfolio & Program Management

  • Lead the management of the enterprise-wide project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Track and report on project performance, including budgets, timelines, milestones, and resource utilization.
  • Facilitate prioritization and decision-making across competing initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation.


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure project goals are aligned with business strategy and outcomes.
  • Act as the central point of contact for project-related communications across departments and leadership levels.
  • Deliver regular executive-level updates, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decision-making.


Tools & Technology

  • Implement, manage, and optimize project management tools and systems to support efficient delivery.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO); experience preferred.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate and timely reporting through dashboards and analytics.
  • Champion automation and digital transformation initiatives within the PMO and internal systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Project Management, or related field (masters preferred).
  • 3 years of Exp in a PMO role.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and agile/waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
