Role Overview

We are hiring two Business Development Associates to strengthen our Consulting practice across Strategy, Process Transformation, Risk Advisory, Governance, and Sector-Specific Advisory engagements.

These are consulting-aligned Business Development roles not transactional sales positions.

The selected candidates will work closely with partners and consulting teams to shape opportunities, develop structured proposals, and support strategic accounts. The role offers a defined pathway into Consulting for high performers.

Location: Mumbai (Preferred) | Open to Delhi & Bangalore

Experience: 15 Years

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Identification & Market Research

• Identify target sectors and enterprises aligned to practice priorities
• Conduct structured company research and stakeholder mapping
• Develop sector briefs and opportunity notes
• Support strategic account planning

Proposal & Pitch Development

• Prepare consulting-grade proposals and presentations
• Translate client discussions into structured scope documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for solution articulation
• Ensure quality, consistency, and clarity in all submissions

Practice Positioning & Credentials

• Support development of capability decks and credentials
• Assist in preparing case studies and sector notes
• Contribute to thought-led positioning initiatives

Pipeline Governance & Documentation

• Maintain structured tracking of opportunities
• Support bid management and submission timelines
• Ensure documentation discipline and repository management
• Participate in internal quality review processes

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 15 years of experience in:
• Consulting BD or advisory firms
• Strategy / research support roles
• Structured enterprise sales environments
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Excellent PowerPoint and documentation ability
• Ability to understand consulting frameworks
• Professional communication skills
• High ownership mindset and attention to detail
• Long-term interest in transitioning into Consulting
