Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Associate with a strong focus on data and operations to join our Partnerships and Alliance Team. The candidate should have experience working in start-ups, e-commerce, or D2C brands, with 0 -1 year of work experience. This role requires data and analytical skills to support operational tasks, ensuring seamless management of brand partnerships.


Key Responsibilities


Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, managing day-to-day communications
  • Work closely with external brand partners to manage expectations and deliver on operational needs.
  • Track and report the progress of ongoing deals and partnerships


Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse partnership data and prepare detailed reports for internal teams to track performance and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop data-driven insights to support decision-making and partnership optimization.
  • Monitor key metrics such as revenue, brand engagement, and operational performance.


Operations Management

  • Handle operational tasks related to brand partnerships, including brand agreements, invoicing and brand integrations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and management of brand deals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of operational workflows, ensuring timely execution and delivery.


Data-Driven Strategy

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Assist in creating growth projections and operational improvement plans based on historical data.


Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain strong communication with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.
  • Present data reports and insights to the senior team, helping to drive continuous operational improvement.
  • Support senior management in strategic discussions based on data findings.


Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in start-ups, e-commerce, or D2C brands.
  • Bachelors degree in Management
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or a similar operational role in a leading agency.
  • Strong data and analytical skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage relationships and internal coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plus.
