Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a growth-driven AP / Partner to lead and scale our Digitization & Automation practicespanning Microsoft Business Applications, RPA, AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Technology Transformation. The role requires a technocommercial leader with strong P&L ownership, CXO advisory depth, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams and scalable digital offerings.
Key Mandates
Practice & P&L Leadership
- Build and scale the Digitization & Automation practice with full revenue, margin, and delivery accountability.
- Drive multi-million-dollar growth through CXO relationships, strategic pursuits, and large transformation deals.
- Own the full lifecycleBD, solutioning, contracting, governance, delivery, and profitability.
- Set up and expand CoEs across Power Platform, RPA, GenAI, Data, and Automation.
Digital & Automation Strategy
- Advise clients on enterprise-wide digital transformation and AI-led modernization.
- Define future-state enterprise architecture across ERP/CRM, cloud, analytics, and low-code platforms.
- Lead GenAI-driven transformation across sales, supply chain, finance, operations, and CX.
- Drive large-scale application modernization using Power Platform and API-led architectures.
Automation & AI Solutions
- Architect scalable ecosystems integrating Power Platform, Dynamics 365, RPA (UiPath/AA/WorkFusion), AI/ML, OCR, and analytics.
- Lead enterprise automation programs (50+ bots / 30+ workflows) delivering measurable ROI and FTE savings.
- Build GenAI-powered engines, predictive models, KPI automation, and intelligent O2C solutions.
- Develop reusable IP, accelerators, and industry solution frameworks.
Enterprise Governance & Risk
- Establish automation governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
- Lead digital due diligence, readiness assessments, and PE/Sovereign Fund technology evaluations.
- Ensure secure, scalable, compliant architectures aligned with regulatory standards.
Team & Capability Building
- Build and manage cross-functional teams (30150+) across consulting, engineering, analytics, and delivery.
- Drive hiring, upskilling, and leadership development.
- Foster innovation and deepen Microsoft and ecosystem partnerships.
Industry Exposure
- Experience across BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, QSR, Metals & Mining, Government.
- Global exposure: US, UK, Middle East, APAC.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1520+ years in Digital Transformation, Automation, AI/Analytics, and Enterprise Tech.
- Proven P&L ownership and practice scaling (USD 1M+).
- Strong presales: RFP/RFI leadership, CXO pitches, solution architecture, ROI modelling.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, D365, Azure) + leading RPA platforms.
- Experience leading GenAI-enabled transformation and analytics modernization.
- Engineering/MBA preferred; relevant Microsoft/automation certifications advantageous.

- Scaled the Digitization & Automation practice with sustained YoY growth.
- Closed and delivered complex digital and AI-led transformation programs.
- Created differentiated industry accelerators and IP.
- Positioned the firm as a trusted CXO-level transformation partner.
