Associate Partner - Accelerator Program

At Favcy , Indias largest Venture Builder, we dont just support startupswe co-build them from idea to scale and exit. Having built 30+ startups and a strong network of 5,000+ founders and investors, were now looking for a senior leader to take ownership of our 1to10 Accelerator .

As Associate Partner Program Manager , youll lead the accelerator end-to-end from strategy and cohort execution to founder success, investor partnerships, and ecosystem growth. This is a high-ownership role for someone deeply embedded in the Indian startup ecosystem and passionate about building scalable founder journeys.

• Own and scale the 1to10 Accelerator roadmap and cohorts
• Lead startup selection, due diligence, and founder onboarding
• Act as a strategic partner to founders across GTM, growth, and fundraising
• Build and manage strong relationships with angels, VCs, and ecosystem partners
• Drive Demo Days and integrate founders with Kal Ke Krorepati (Indias first startup reality format)
• Represent Favcy at ecosystem events and strengthen our leadership presence
• Lead teams, SOPs, and cross-functional execution with excellence
  

• 57 years of experience in accelerators, incubators, VC, or startup program management
• Strong understanding of early-stage fundraising and founder challenges
• Proven ability to lead high-visibility programs and multiple stakeholders
• Founder or early startup experience is a big plus
