We are looking for a highly driven and insightful Investment Advisory Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in providing strategic insights, conducting market analysis, and advising our clientele on investment opportunities across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market and financial analyses, evaluating investment opportunities for private equity, venture capital, and institutional clients.
• Prepare detailed investment memoranda, pitch decks, financial models, and due diligence reports.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver actionable investment recommendations.
• Execute transaction advisory mandates, supporting clients through deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, and post-investment monitoring.
• Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics and tools to optimize advisory processes and enhance client deliverables.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech., Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. A CFA or MBA qualification is strongly preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, financial consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with expertise in Excel and relevant financial software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and platforms is an advantage.
