End to End Purchase Closing Experience needed (No Compromise)

Job Description: 

1. Manage the entire mortgage closing process from loan approval to funding for purchase loans.

2. Review and analyze loan files to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.

3. Coordinate with borrowers, real estate agents, and title companies to schedule closings and address any outstanding issues.

4. Prepare and review closing documents, including HUD-1 settlement statements, deeds, and loan agreements.

5. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations throughout the closing process.

6. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction, providing regular updates on the loan status.

7. Resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the closing process.

8. Verify that all closing conditions have been met before authorizing loan funding.

9. Conduct quality control checks on closed loan files to ensure accuracy and completeness.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in mortgage lending.

11. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, processing, and post-closing, to streamline the closing process.

12. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all closed loans.

Qualification & Experience:

Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role:

• Basic Degree completion (15 years of education).

• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
