Additional Roles & Responsibilities:

The Closer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing all mortgage closing documents to ensure they are accurate, complete, and compliant with all investor, state, and federal regulations, including TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule).

Prepare and review the entire loan closing package, including the Closing Disclosure (CD), final settlement statements, Note, and Deed of Trust/Mortgage.

Verify all loan terms, fees, and calculations align with the loan approval, Rate Lock, and investor commitments.

Strong organization and planning skills along with the ability of applying an analytical approach to resolving problems and identifying solutions.

Ability to manage resources of the unit, and structure in the most effective way to achieve efficient cost /service levels.

Ability to maintain control, direction and motivation in an ever-changing environment.

Ability to maintain seamless interface between the operations team and the business partners / internal customers & stakeholders, especially in high pressure scenarios.

Qualifications:

Basic Degree completion (15 years of education)

Good written and oral communications skills in English

Good exposure to MS office (Excel and PPT)
