Job Description

Responsibilities

·       Experience in sales or customer support over Email & chat

·       Strong communication skills – Should have command over English language

·       Should be well verse with MS Office tools – Specially MS Excel

·       Flexible to work in shifts

·       Flexible to stretch as per business need

·       Should be ready to work from office

·       Should have experience of working in MNCs & Global clients

·       Respond to customer query through email, calls

·       Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.

·       Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment

·       Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings (Including weekend working)

·       Quick Learner & Ready to adapt quick changes

 

 

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

·       Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record

Preferred Qualifications
