Job Description
-Responsible for reducing unbilled transactions, particularly related to Gromax.
-Ensure overall SLA achievement from the customer’s perspective; calculate weighted average PQDCM for outbound and PWH SY operations.
-Conduct and document Monthly Business Reviews (8 per year) and Quarterly Business Reviews (4 per year) across all locations and projects. If the customer does not attend after the PPT is shared, the review will be considered completed.
-Monitor and report UA/UC (Unaccounted/Unutilized Cases) for the F25 category.
-Track the number of drivers reported at PWH for loading versus the number of trained drivers.
-Prepare and share daily MIS reports covering vehicle placement, GPS data, shipment creation in Logi freight, and dispatch reports by the next morning for the previous day’s activity.
-Ensure accuracy in shipment creation and enable straight-through system-based bill processing.
