Title : Customer Chat and mail Process.
- Work Location: Ambattur Chennai ( Ambit IT Park)
- Fresher/ Experience: Minimum 6 mos to 1 Year of Experience Into Customer support.
- Education Qualification. Any bachelors degree.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Assisting US customers via Live chats and Mails
2.Should be capable of handling multiple Task effeciently
3.Must be flexible to work in rotational night shift.
Required Skills & Desired Skills :
1.Excellent Communication Skills both in Verbal and written communication.
2.Should have basic knowledge in Logistics, Harddisk and storage system.
