Bayars Coffee is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to support and strengthen our presence across e-commerce, q-commerce, and offline channels. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending strategy with execution from platform coordination to marketing rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with partner agencies and platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, etc.)

Track sales and performance metrics across channels

Support omnichannel marketing initiatives both online and offline

Ensure accurate listings, timely PO processing, and stock hygiene

Assist in GTM execution for new product launches

What Were Looking For:

13 years' experience in e-commerce/marketing operations

Strong attention to detail, communication, and follow-through

Proactive mindset with an understanding of digital-first retail
