Associate Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Execute the brands digital strategy across social media platforms
  • Develop & manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaign priorities & brand objectives.
  • Identify and coordinate influencer collaborations, including briefing and performance tracking.
  • Act as the primary POC with digital and creative agencies for social media campaign execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and brand consistency.
  • Track and analyse platform performance metrics; recommend optimisation actions based on data insights.

Brand Strategy & Marketing Campaigns

  • Support the development and execution of the annual brand plan and marketing calendar.
  • Provide inputs on consumer segmentation, positioning, and communication frameworks.
  • Support the execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across offline and online channels
  • Assist in drafting campaign briefs and coordinating with internal stakeholders and agencies.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and document key learnings and improvement areas.

Consumer & Market Intelligence

  • Analyse consumer data, digital analytics, and performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and category trends.
  • Support insight generation to inform brand and innovation decisions

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and R&D teams to support product launches.
  • Ensure readiness of marketing materials and communication assets as per launch timelines.
  • Support execution of in-market activations and trade initiatives.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs across digital performance, campaign effectiveness, and brand health
  • Prepare structured dashboards and reports with data-backed recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Graduate with 34 years of marketing experience OR MBA with 12 years of experience
  • Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms is mandatory.
  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing and content strategy execution.
  • Content creation experience (Short-form video ideation, scripting, or content direction) preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
