Role Overview


The Associate Director Digital Marketing Strategy will be responsible for defining, leading, and scaling the digital growth strategy across SEO, content and web optimization. This is a senior, cross-functional role that partners closely with Business and related teams to drive demand generation, brand visibility, and revenue impact in international markets (US & Europe).

This role moves beyond execution into strategy ownership ,Execution(Marketing), Team leadership, and business impact .

Key Responsibilities


1. Digital Strategy & Growth Leadership

Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.

Translate business objectives into integrated SEO, content, and performance marketing roadmaps.

Define annual vision & Quarterly execution plans.

Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm changes, and the competitive landscape.


2. SEO Strategy (Technical, On-page & Off-page)

Define long-term SEO vision and quarterly execution plans.

Achieve monthly targeted leads through organic Seo.

Lead off-page strategy including authority building, partnerships, and digital PR.


3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Booth Design, Web Development, Content, Project

Management Analytics teams.

Act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and execution teams.


4. Content & Brand Strategy

Guide content strategy to support SEO, demand generation, and thought leadership.

Lead the execution team along with weekly KRAs.

Ensuring content aligns with user intent, brand voice, and conversion goals.

Work with internal and external content partners to maintain quality and consistency.

5. Performance Monitoring & Analytics

Define success metrics across traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, and ROI.

Review dashboards and performance reports; present insights into leadership.

Use data to optimize strategies, budgets, and channel mix.

Analyze the present data along with the being the solution provider if any GAP.


6. Stakeholder Communication & Leadership Reporting

Communicate clearly with internal teams and global stakeholders.

Act as a thought partner to business leaders on digital growth initiatives.

Execute monthly and weekly meetings with stakeholders.


Educational Requirements & Skills

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Masters degree / MBA in Marketing from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.


Experience Requirements

812 years of strong exposure in all aspects of Digital Marketing

At least 35 years in a strategic leadership or senior managerial role.

Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.

Exposure to international markets (US/Europe)
