Associate Manager - Weaving

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all loom shed activities during the shift.

• Ensure optimal machine utilization and minimize downtime.

• Monitor fabric quality and take corrective actions to reduce defects.

• Allocate manpower effectively and ensure shift handovers are smooth.

• Track and report shift-wise production and efficiency data.

• Identify and troubleshoot loom-related issues promptly with the maintenance team.

• Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and company policies.

• Conduct routine checks for machine settings, fabric quality, and worker performance.

• Maintain shift-wise logbooks and reports for production, breakdown, and quality.

• Train and guide operators and helpers to enhance skills and efficiency.
