US IT Recruitment Lead: Associate Manager

We are looking for a Lead Recruiter with expertise in direct sourcing and full life cycle recruitment, specializing in technical and digital skill sets. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, while partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent in a competitive market.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in contract /full time hiring across technical and digital domains in the US market.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including direct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
• Familiarity with US employment laws and compliance related to contract and full-time hiring.
• Willing to work in EST time Zone.
• Handling team members (Recruiters)
