Job Description
Purpose of the role
Contribute in the design of competency building initiatives to strengthen development-oriented culture in Amway India through introduction and implementation of various employee development processes and programs. Play a pivotal role in shaping our continuous learning and development experiences and fostering a high-performance and growth mindset culture.
Primary Responsibilities
Employee Capability Building /Development
- Collaborate closely with Business leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to identify employee and leadership development needs and design tailored programs that align with our strategic priorities & direction
- Program design & implementation to bridge skill gap in consultation with external or/& internal expert
- Support a high-performing culture rooted in Amway Values, defined by accountability and shared success.
- Ensure employees clearly understand our strategic direction and how their work contributes to it.
- Support in equipping Leaders to strengthen teams and drive results through enterprise leadership development program.
- Stay updated on current industry trends, best practices on talent development approaches, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our development initiatives.
- Improve awareness & usage of on-demand platform and LMS as a tool for self-learning
- Evaluate & re-design existing market level development programs across the board basis need.
- Measurement of training effectiveness, analytic - MIS/Reporting
- Manage end-to-end training operations
Rewards & Recognition
- Build & sustain a culture of recognition by leveraging recognition programs
- Program management for SPARK (Amway Indias Online R&R platform)
- Program management for Annual Awards (Red-Carpet Awards) & Long Service Awards
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Lead and manage global communications deliverables
- Collaborate on the design, planning and execution of different Talent Management programs and priorities.
- Support in the design of in-house employee magazine and internal communication initiatives
- Culture & Engagement Survey support Report, analytics and focused employee engagement interventions
Employer Branding
- Identify opportunities to create a positive Employer Brand internally & externally in alignment with our EVP
- Curate people/culture centric content for Amway Indias LinkedIn page
- Contribute to Employer Brand building through participation in various external recognition forums
- Identify opportunities for leadership team to represent Amway India in prominent industry forums
Required skills and competencies
- Strong Domain knowledge in L&D
- Passion for learning, curiosity and demonstrates learning agility
- Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate & connect with people across levels
- Ability to understand business & create value for it through TD & engagement initiatives
- Ability to think creative & turn ideas into actionable items
