Job Description
- Production Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of Spinning units.
- Plan and allocate resources to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to production schedules while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality yarn.
- Identify and resolve defects, deviations, or inefficiencies in the spinning process.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Spinning processes. Optimize spinning parameters for maximum efficiency and minimal waste. Stay updated on advancements in spinning technologies and recommend their adoption.
