Associate/Manager- Restructuring & Stress Asset Advisory

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced finance professional with strong expertise in financial modelling, Information Memorandum (IM) preparation, and investor presentations to support distressed asset transactions, restructuring mandates, and resolution processes. The role requires hands-on deal execution exposure and the ability to independently manage lender and investor interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and review detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, restructuring, resolution scenarios, sensitivity analysis).

Lead preparation and review of Information Memorandums (IMs), Teasers, and Investor Decks.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis of stressed assets and restructuring proposals.

Prepare CMA data, cash flow forecasts, and valuation reports.

Support deal execution including due diligence, lender coordination, and negotiations.

Interact with banks, NBFCs, ARCs, legal advisors, and investors.

Assist in IBC / NCLT resolution processes where applicable.

Provide strategic insights on recovery strategies and asset monetization.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Financial Modelling (3-statement model, DCF, IRR, project finance, restructuring models)

Proven experience in preparing Information Memorandums (IMs).

Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint presentations for investors and lenders.

Strong Excel skills (financial projections, scenario & sensitivity analysis).

Sound understanding of distressed assets / ARC / restructuring ecosystem.

Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
