Associate Manager - Quality Assurance

Color Development & Matching

• Develop new color shades for nonwoven fabrics based on customer requests or design requirements.

• Match lab dips and bulk dye lots to approved color standards using spectrophotometric data and visual evaluation.

• Conduct shade corrections and maintain color consistency across different production batches.

• Manage and maintain color libraries and physical standards.

Visual & Electronic Color Evaluation

• Perform visual color review under standard light sources 

• Conduct electronic color evaluation using spectrophotometer and Natific portal or similar color management systems.

• Analyze and interpret ΔE (Delta E) values to ensure acceptable tolerance levels.

Shade Approval & Customer Communication

• Coordinate with customers for color approvals, shade submissions, and feedback.

• Upload and review color data on digital platforms such as Natific, ColorWarehouse, or brand portals.

• Provide technical support and communicate color-related issues to internal teams and customers clearly and professionally.

Process Control & Quality

• Monitor dyeing processes to ensure accurate shade development and reproducibility.

• Work closely with production and lab teams to optimize dye formulations for cost efficiency and consistency.

• Troubleshoot color variations and propose corrective actions.
