Job Description
- To have a good knowledge of finishing material / works / methodology.
- To have a good command on BOQ, drawings & coordinate with other services drawing.
- Responsible for Checking of Activities related to Civil & Finishing work.
- Daily Monitoring of day-to-day activity and resolve the same in prescribed time durations. Generate reports of the same.
- To assist site Engineer in closure of snag points and ongoing works.
- Implementation of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control in consultation of site manager and Safety officers.
- Preparation of bar bending schedules and Civil work quantities take off.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Around 10 to 13 years of relevant experience.
- Must have knowledge of working on MS Excel.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
- Must have worked with Real Estate Developer.
